Change or cancel an order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email the order number to be changed or canceled to hello@1love.com.hk 72 hours before the original delivery time.
Change or update the card
If the customer changes the confirmed content of the card, we will charge a one-time administrative fee of HK$50 for the change.
